verasko Français

True answers to what your customers ask.

Verasko sits in front of your contact form. It answers questions using only your official documents, and shows where each answer comes from. When it is not sure, your form goes through as usual.

Example: a visitor asks a fictional shop whether a sale item can be returned. Before the form is sent, Verasko answers that sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and with their original label, and shows the matching passage from section 4.2 of the shop's terms of sale. The visitor can still send the message.

Example with a fictional shop.

It checks your official documents first

Most AI assistants treat every page the same. Verasko ranks your sources, so an old FAQ page never overrules your terms.

  1. Your official documents

    Prices, dates, deadlines and conditions come only from here, and must match the text.

    Terms of sale, price lists, policies, product sheets.

  2. Your website and FAQ

    Used for simple questions, like how to do something or where to find it. Never against your official documents.

  3. No reliable source

    Verasko does not guess. Your form goes through as usual, and the question goes into your weekly report.

Three possible outcomes for each message

Your contact form keeps working exactly as before. Verasko only adds an answer when it can back it up.

Clear answer
Shown to the visitor before the form is sent, with its source. They can still send their message.
Partial answer
The message reaches your team as usual, with a suggested reply attached.
No answer
The message reaches your team as usual. The missing information is noted for you.

Every week, a short report

No dashboard to log into. Each week you receive an email with:

  • the questions Verasko answered, and how visitors reacted;
  • the questions your documents do not answer yet;
  • pages on your website that contradict your official documents;
  • new FAQ entries, built from answers that worked.

Your website and your terms disagree

Website, delivery page

We ship your order within 3 to 5 days.

Terms of sale, section 6.1

Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Until this is fixed, Verasko answers with your terms of sale. Update the delivery page to match.

What you need

  • A contact form

    The one already on your website.

  • Your official documents

    In a shared folder or on your website. You mark which ones are official.

  • One line of code

    Added to your contact page. That is the whole installation.

You do not need a helpdesk, a knowledge base or your past customer conversations.
